The company

Renault, a global player in the automotive industry, is developing connected digital services to enhance the experience of its customers. The applications My Renault, My Dacia and My Alpine are used to control and manage your vehicle remotely: setting the temperature, checking the range, geolocation and other functions designed to simplify drivers' daily lives.

The brief

The aim was to managing the development and continuous improvement of the three mobile applications for :

  • Define and monitor a product roadmap over 18 months
  • Prioritise business requests and coordinate digital teams (UX/UI, content, development, marketing)
  • Organise design workshops to optimise user paths
  • Monitor the project backlog and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Managing change and communicating developments to stakeholders
The result

This steering made it possible to :

  • Significantly improve the quality and stability of applications, to better meet user expectations
  • Increase the number of active users, thanks to smoother pathways and better prioritised functionalities
  • Set up a agile and transparent management framework, This will facilitate communication between the various teams and ensure that projects are clearly monitored
