GoPro, the world leader in action cameras, designs and manufactures robust and innovative products for capturing images in the most extreme environments. As part of the launch of the GoPro Hero 9, The company wanted to train Fnac sales staff to enhance their product expertise and their ability to advise customers.

The brief

The aim was to design a dedicated and engaging e-learning site, :

  • Inform Fnac sales staff about the new features and functions of the GoPro Hero 9
  • Creating an interactive and motivating learning experience
  • Integrate a system for validating learning via quizzes and consultation statistics
  • Offer an ergonomic, easy-to-access platform that is quick and easy to use
The result

The project enabled :

  • Effective training for hundreds of Fnac sales staff, by offering them a comprehensive, interactive tour of the GoPro Hero 9
  • Making training engaging and fun, promoting full completion of the programme
  • Enable GoPro to monitor participation and success statistics, This ensures that sales staff's skills development is closely monitored

This e-learning solution has strengthened the ability of Fnac sales staff to promote the GoPro Hero 9 and its benefits, while optimising GoPro's brand image and product communication consistency.
