The company

EDF, a major player in the French energy sector, is developing digital solutions to support its private customers. To this end, the company has launched Check, The new mobile application is designed to make it easier for users to sign up for a move, keep track of it and deal with all the formalities involved, while also offering advice and useful tips to support users.

The brief

The aim was to design and manage the roll-out of new customer journeys in order to :

  • Launching the Check mobile application to the general public
  • Optimise energy-related subscription and management processes
  • Improving the digital experience for retail customers
  • Coordinate the work of the digital teams (SEO, content, UX/UI, web analytics, development)
  • Monitor IS developments within an Agile framework and guarantee quality via the acceptance phases
  • Managing KPIs to measure performance and user experience
The result

The project enabled :

  • Launch the Check application on iOS and Android, offering private individuals a simple tool for managing their energy and removals procedures
  • Improving the efficiency and consistency of EDF's digital services, with optimised customer paths and more intuitive interfaces
  • Set up a smooth coordination between the marketing, legal and technical teams, to ensure the effective and compliant deployment of new services

These initiatives have contributed to strengthening the user experience and EDF's position in the digital market, by better meeting the needs of private individuals.
