Praxedo offers a SaaS solution for managing field operations, used by companies of all sizes to plan, monitor and optimise their field operations. The Praxedo website is available in 10 languages to meet the needs of its international subsidiaries and customers.
The project brief
Piloter l’évolution d’un site en 10 langues : le brief Praxedo
Since the beginning of 2024, I have been working two days a week to :
- Acting as an interface between the internal communications team and the development agency to manage the development of the site
- Identify and prioritise the needs of internal teams to minimise development costs
- Assisting country managers with the administration of the multilingual site, translations and content development
- Ensure technical maintenance and debugging of the site, while proposing long-term improvements

This approach has made it possible to :
- Improve the stability and performance of the site in all language versions
- Giving local teams autonomy in managing the site and translated content
- Define a clear coordination process between the agency and internal teams for the development of new functionalities
- Optimise the SEO and ROI of Google Ads campaigns through structured monitoring and precise adjustments
